About ICE Angel Fund

The ICE Angel Investment Fund is designed to provide critical investments in start-up and early-stage small businesses from Northwest Pennsylvania and beyond. The ICE Angel Fund has partnered with the Appalachian Investors Alliance (AIA) as technical advisors to administer the fund. The fund is led, designed, and funded by local investors, who will assist in identifying, evaluating, and placing private investments. The fund is returns focused, while also placing a priority on regional economic growth and performance in Northwestern Pennsylvania while working to collectively improve the economic sustainability and prosperity of its residents, entrepreneurs and investors alike.
